Family Night at the Drive-in

All summer long we'd been talking about going to the drive-in, and it finally happened. Scott and I took Macklan to the drive-in in Rio, Indiana and he loved it. We took him last summer, but he wasn't really into sitting still and paying attention to the movie. This time was quite different. Wearing his pj's, he settled into his spot in the back of the van and watched with amazement. He referred to the big screen as the "big outside T.T." (a.k.a. T.V.). We saw Dispicable Me. It was funny; Macklan called the little yellow characters "Tater Tots" which made us laugh. He enjoyed snacks and cuddle time with Mommy and Daddy. The drive-in is a must for every family during the summer (well, at least for our's anyway!).
